Soft Gel Paste AmeriColor Royal Blue Food Color, 75 Oz Bottle

We have purposefully developed a unique form of color and packaging for our products to provide greater efficiency, quality, value, and convenience for the decorator. Breaking with the industry standard of a hard paste in a jar, we created Soft Gel Paste™ - a pourable, highly concentrated gel. Choosing a squeezable bottle with a flip-top cap, we ensured a look that is distinctly different from anything else on the market.

These highly concentrated soft gel food colors are formulated with the necessary dye concentration levels to achieve the most vibrant and brilliant shades. The viscosity of Soft Gel Paste colors offers the convenience of a pourable gel, making it easier to measure amounts or duplicate shades. Only a small amount is needed to tint icing, fondant, marzipan, gum paste, or dough without affecting the consistency, and it will not break down buttercream or non-dairy icings like liquid colors.

The individual drops of color that can be dispensed from the bottle allow for clean and easy-to-repeat control from one application to the next. This feature, combined with the product's fade resistance and easy mixing properties, makes Soft Gel Paste an ideal choice for decorators seeking precision, consistency, and convenience.

Soft Gel Paste is proudly made in the United States and contains the following ingredients: Water, sugar, and one or more of the following U.S. certified colors - Blue 1 (E133), Blue 2 (E132), Yellow 5 (E102), Yellow 6 (E110), Red 3 (E127), Red 40 (E129), titanium dioxide (E171), mica pigment, vegetable gum, modified corn starch, citric acid, and less than 1/10 of 1% sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate as preservatives.
